That I want to transfer the said house in favour of Sh./ Smt. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ son/wife of Sh. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ r/o _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ This transfer of house is a family/friendly transfer.
That I am legally competent to get the above house transferred and there is no stay whatsoever by any court regarding transfer and the same is free from all incumbrances/ lien/charge.
That I undertake that I will not apply for a house with the Housing Board Haryana for a period of five years from the date of transfer of house and in case I do, my registration/ allotment may be cancelled without giving any notice.
The permission may please be granted to transfer the said house and I will deposit transfer fee, as and when demanded by the Board, along with Indemnity Bond duly executed by two independent persons in favour of Housing Board Haryana and affidavit/ undertaking of transferee.
That I have not made full payment and No. Dues Certificate of the said house is yet to be received from the Housing Board Haryana.
