AFFIDAVIT

1. That H.No. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Sector _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _  Housing Board Colony _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _  was allotted to me on _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _  at the tentative price of Rs. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _  The house consists of _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _  rooms.

2. That I have paid up to date dues of this house.

3. That I want to transfer the said house in favour of Sh./ Smt. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ son/wife of Sh. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ r/o _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _  This transfer of house is a family/friendly transfer.

4. That I am legally competent to get the above house transferred and there is no stay whatsoever by any court regarding transfer and the same is free from all incumbrances/ lien/charge.

5. That I undertake that I will not apply for a house with the Housing Board Haryana for a period of five years from the date of transfer of house and in case I do, my registration/ allotment may be cancelled without giving any notice.

6. The permission may please be granted to transfer the said house and I will deposit transfer fee, as and when demanded by the Board, along with Indemnity Bond duly executed by two independent persons in favour of Housing Board Haryana and affidavit/ undertaking of transferee.

7. That I have not made full payment and No. Dues Certificate of the said house is yet to be received from the Housing Board Haryana.

           Verification:

           Verified that the contents of paras No. 1 to 7 of above affidavit of mine are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief, No part thereof is false and nothing has been concealed there from.
